Following our most successful year to date, we're delighted to welcome some new faces to our team here at SHS ahead of the 2025 Touring Season. 

With more tourists travelling to more destinations than ever before, the expansion of our team will further enhance the service and journey we're able to provide everyone who chooses to Tour with The Specialists. 

The new additions join our already exceptional Operations Department, the team which works behind the scenes to bring touring ambitions into reality. 

Rachel Spratt joins SHS from a highly-reputable Weddings & Events company here in our native North-East, bringing with her a raft of experience in logistics, planning, customer service & event delivery. Rachel will work alongside Jake and Jamie in our Sales department & coordinate the accommodation, travel, food & activities for our touring clients. 

Maddie Oliver joins SHS from Nortumbria Police Force following a total career change. Initally, Maddie will be working alongside Tom in our Mini Rugby Tours department, ensuring the youngest tourists get the memorable experiences they deserve at the onset of their touring careers.
