Cardiff Rugby Training Camp

Cardiff

The rugby mad capital of Wales has everything required for a successful training camp.

The training schedule in Cardiff will be based at the University’s state-of-the-art campus. You’ll have access to two immense S&C Suites equipped with Olympic Platforms, Squat Racks, Ski-Ergs & both Watt and Assault Bikes.

The undoubted highlight in the city is the opportunity to train and play in the iconic Cardiff Arms Park Stadium. This unique opportunity can be combined with a guest talk from a Welsh & Lions legend & guest coaching from one of the stars at Cardiff Blues. Off the field, the White Water Rafting centre in the city is the ideal team-building addition to the itinerary.
