Travelling to Chester by Coach is simple. The city is just off the M6 motorway with good access to Leeds, Glasgow & Bristol.
Travel times by Coach are as follows:
Travelling from Ireland is simple. Stenaline run ferries crossings between Dublin and Holyhead, then after a short coach trip you arrive in Chester.
The YHA at Trafford Hall near Chester has become a very popular choice for our teams travelling into Chester. Very close to Chester RUFC, the venue is everything you'd expect from a YHA Hostel with plenty more. Huge outdoor spaces make it an ideal place to let the team run wild. We can also book in an external activity provider to run some Zorb Football or Its a Knockout style activities.
The Queens Hotel in the heart of the city overlooks the Chester Train Station and is a ten-minute stroll to Chester Cross and Chester Cathedral. This traditional Hotel offers Twin, Triple & Quad rooms which keep costs in check without compromising comfort or quality. A definite upgrade from the YHA without a huge difference in price.
