Raising funds is crucial. Appoint a dedicated Fundraiser, someone energetic, creative, and relentlessly organised. Their mission: secure sponsorships, run events, and keep everyone focused on meeting the budget. The more imaginative, the better.

 

The Administration Team

Behind every smooth tour is a rock-solid admin team. Two or three detail-oriented people should handle payments, insurance, permissions, and all the nitty-gritty paperwork. From collecting shirt sizes to tracking passport details, this team keeps the wheels turning.

The Kit Man

Your job is to create a safe, supportive environment where everyone can focus on the rugby and the experience, knowing all risks are managed and every child or young person is fully protected.
