How to Book Your Tour

Found a Tour you like? Want to know how you can get bums on seats? Read On.

The Booking Process

At Sky High Sports, we consider ourselves to be flexible, accommodating and have a positive attitude to all our clients. We have a booking process in place, but we've run enough tours now to appreciate that every team is different and there are many factors which need controlling.

Your Tour Manager will keep regular contact throughout, so make sure you let us know what fits for you.

Read below for an overview of the process from enquiry to departure.

Step One

Make a no obligation enquiry by calling, emailing or completing our web-enquiry form on our website. We will then respond to your request with some suggestions based on your requirements and our experience. Throughout, we'll take your ambitions, background and what you wish to achieve on tour into account.

Step Two

We will send you a selection of Brochures and tailored Information Packs based on your enquiry. Following your feedback, we can really get to work and put a bespoke tour programme together which we're sure will please everyone in the team.

Step Three

Once we shake hands on your tour package, we will then discuss a payment schedule for the tour.

The Payment Schedule will be designed to work alongside your fundraising plan and our suppliers requirements. Throughout, we aim to be as accommodating as possible - it isn't easy getting people to cough up!

A small deposit will be due 14 days later, with the first bulk payment due a further six weeks down the line. The balance is then payable at no later than 6 weeks prior to departure.

Deposit Amounts:

  • Mini Rugby Tours: £25 per person
  • Youth Rugby Tours: Domestic - £25 per person. International - £50 per person
  • Adult Rugby Tours: Domestic - £10 per person. International - £25 per person
  • Cross-Continental Tours: £250 per person

Step Four

Once we're both happy with this, we will present you with a detailed Invoice, Booking Form & Contract. This will clearly set out the Inclusions of the tour, the dates and amount of payments due & ask for a signature to agree to this and our terms and conditions.

Once returned, the tour is booked & it is time to sit back & enjoy the countdown.

Step Five

Alongside the payments, there will be some modest paperwork to complete. This will include information on your tourists, such as Dates of Birth, Allergies & Passport Information for International Tours.

We'll also like to know the make up of your touring party which will enable us to ensure the rooms at the Hotel are ideal for you. The earlier we have this information, the better it is for all!

Step Six

Sit back, relax & count down to departure.
