The Booking Process

At Sky High Sports, we consider ourselves to be flexible, accommodating and have a positive attitude to all our clients. We have a booking process in place, but we've run enough tours now to appreciate that every team is different and there are many factors which need controlling. 

Your Tour Manager will keep regular contact throughout, so make sure you let us know what fits for you. 

Read below for an overview of the process from enquiry to departure.

Get in touch and tell us about your team, your goals, and your dream tour. We’ll work closely with you to design a bespoke itinerary that ticks all your boxes.

Step Two

Confirm Your Package


Once you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll send you a booking form, a clear invoice (in your own currency), and a payment schedule. Signing the booking form secures your tour and locks in your price

Step Three

Easy Payments


Once we shake hands on your tour package, we will then discuss a payment schedule for the tour. 

The Payment Schedule will be designed to work alongside your fundraising plan and our suppliers requirements. Throughout, we aim to be as flexible as possible - it isn't easy getting people to cough up!

A small deposit will be due 14 days later, with the first bulk payment due a further six weeks down the line. The balance is then payable at no later than 6 weeks prior to departure.

 Deposit Amounts:

  • Mini Rugby Tours: £25 per person
  • Youth Rugby Tours: Domestic - £50 per person
  • Adult Rugby Tours: Domestic - £50 per person
  • Cross-Continental Tours: £250 per person

Share Your Details

Complete our simple forms to provide essential info—like passport details, dietary needs, kit sizes, and room preferences—so we can personalise every detail of your tour.

Step Five

Personal Support, Every Step

From the moment you book, your dedicated Sky High Sports Tour Manager will be in regular contact. We’ll schedule calls or meetings (online or in person) whenever you need, keeping you updated and answering your questions.

Step Six

Receive Your Final Itinerary

Four weeks before departure, you’ll get a detailed, hour-by-hour itinerary, key contacts, and a comprehensive tour guide. We’ll make any final tweaks to ensure everything is perfect.

Step Seven

Enjoy the Tour, with Full Support

On arrival, you’ll be greeted by your Sky High Sports Chaperone, a dedicated, knowledgeable member of our team who will support you throughout your stay. They’ll handle logistics, offer local insights, and be by your side for any challenges, so you can focus on enjoying the experience.
